Power Play: A Lesson in Manners

Written by EchoWing

While inflated by movies and television series, and not quite as prevalent as it was in earlier years to be, malls and similar places were nonetheless still a semi-common gathering place for young people of all ages to shop, eat, or simply hang out with friends. It was the rare weekend that you didn't find a group of teens hanging out together somewhere in a local mall, even if it was just a small one. Such groups rarely caught attention, but on occasion, one or more of those individuals would have little trouble catching it.
"Look at all of them. How absolutely pathetic." With a smug expression on her face, Isabelle Morgan turned up her nose at the various people who passed by in the food court between bites of her meal. "You'd think they'd be embarrassed to go out in broad daylight looking like that."
Sitting at her right, a short-haired brunette looked at her a little warily. "Belle, don't you think you should keep those opinions to yourself? Someone might overhear you."
A laugh. "As if they could hear me over this din, Melanie." Brushing back some of her long blonde hair, Isabelle took a sip from her drink before she continued. "Besides, I can't help that I'm better looking than all of them. There's a reason why all the boys at school can't keep their eyes off me."
"Yeah, but that might not be the case forever." The third girl at their table, who looked to be of Asiatic ancestry, quickly noted, "I mean there is that new girl."
"Please, Nicole." The blonde scoffed. "Have you seen that new girl? She's oversized; her boobs are too big, her butt's too big; hell, her entire body's too big. And no way is that natural." Emphasizing her point with her fork, she added, "And don't even try to bring up whatever muscles she has. I wouldn't be shocked if she used steroids or something."
"Well, that just spoils things, doesn't it?" The three girls looked up in surprise at their newcomer, a girl shorter than the three of them with short hair in a sort of bob and not that remarkable a figure. Their attention now on her, she pointed at the food on their trays and asked, "Where did you get that food? It all looks so delicious."
"The Greek place right over there." Melanie pointed in the direction of the eatery.
"Ooh! Thank you!" With a grin on her face, the strange girl wandered off.
The three girls watched her departure, but Nicole was the first to react. "Well that was odd."
"Odd?" Isabelle looked at her friend with surprise. "Some weirdo flat girl strides up, interrupts our conversation, and asks where we got our food, and you call it odd? That was just rude! Honestly, don't they have institutions for people like her?"
Just within earshot of the trio and slightly out of sight, the girl heard their comments and sadly shook her head. April wasn't really one to care about how an individual looked; with her abilities, such things as that were trivial at best. She did think that this 'Belle' girl was rather pretty for a normal sort of girl, though that only redeemed her so much. She was crass, rude, and quite full of herself. A devious grin crossed her lips, and she started thinking about what the girl had said about this 'new girl'. There were a number of reasons to make such remarks about a person, but the only reason to get so disparaging was simple jealousy. Well, if she was jealous of this new girl's assets, then why not give her something comparable?
"Anyway, as I was saying." Isabelle took a sip from her drink and continued, "What guy would go for a girl like her anyway? I mean, who's attracted to wannabe Amazons? Comic book geeks? Mouth-breathing losers? Dorks? Steroid freaks? I'm a lot better looking than she is, and my boobs are much…"
It was right then that Isabelle became consciously aware of a tightness across her chest. She looked down to find that, slowly but visibly, her breasts were growing. Her two friends had similarly taken notice, and were now staring in complete and utter surprise at her sudden growth spurt. Before any of them could comment upon it, however, she all but jumped from her seat in shock and made a beeline for the nearest public restroom.
Melanie looked at Nicole in complete shock and surprise. "Did her breasts just…?"
"Uh-huh."
A quick look, and she then asked, "Are yours…?"
"Uh-uh."
"Mine aren't either." She slumped and noted, "That's not fair."
Nicole slumped and echoed, "Not one bit."

Hoping to God that the restroom was empty, Isabelle parked herself in front of the mirrors and looked herself over, then pinched herself briefly. It was official – she wasn't hallucinating, and her breasts really were bigger than before. But it didn't make any sense! Breasts didn't just spontaneously grow! There had to be some explanation for how this…!
"So, do you like them?"
She all but screamed at the voice, turning to her left to find the weird girl from earlier looking at her with a placid grin on her face. Or rather, just her head, with the rest of her following as she slowly walked backwards through a wall, prompting more screaming and frantically backing away.
"What the…?! What the hell kind of freak are you?!"
April feigned being hurt. "Well that's not a nice thing to say to someone who's done you a favor. I made your boobs nice and big and firm, and here you are calling me a freak. That's just rude."
Shock and fear starting to give way to anger, Isabelle stammered slightly before collecting herself and barking, "Listen, I don't know who you are or what you are, but I didn't ask for my boobs to be bigger! Put them back to normal, or else!"
April really doubted that the blond girl before her could actually do anything to hurt her, but if she didn't want them, then fine. A few kinder words would've been appreciated, but still, if she wanted her breasts back to normal, then so be it. She shrugged. "Okay. Back to normal then."
Isabelle grinned with some satisfaction, only to suddenly feel the same tightness as before working across the rest of her body. She looked down at herself, then at her reflection, and while her bustline looked smaller in comparison to the rest of her, it hadn't gotten smaller – the rest of her had just gotten bigger! "What did you do?! I didn't ask for this!"
"You asked to be put back to normal. I made you properly proportional with your new breast size. That's normal."
"THAT'S NOT WHAT I –!" Isabelle's screams of protest halted as she began to feel the tightness return across her body. "What are you doing now?!"
"I'm not…" April's eyes suddenly widened with surprise, and she realized what was going on. "Ooh, I think I used a little too much juice. You might want to get out of this restroom."
The tightness starting to decrease around her body even as her growth seemed to accelerate, Isabelle frantically yelled, "Get out?! Are you nuts?! I'm not going out there like this!!"
April shrugged as she walked out of the restroom door. "Fine. Grow in a confined space. Cause untold amounts of property damage. Ruin your clothes. At least out there, it'll be minimized, but hey, if that's what you want."
Isabelle was already starting to bump her head on the ceiling, forcing her to hunch down. She didn't like the idea of going out into the rest of the mall and embarrassing herself, but she liked the idea of being stuck in the bathroom even less.

"I'm starting to wonder why she's so obsessed with proving her superiority to Alex. Seriously, it's like she's got this incredible inferiority complex all of a sudden, and she just has to make sure that everyone knows that she's better than them."
"Look at the bright side. She's nowhere near as smart as Lex Luthor." Melanie looked towards the restroom door with concern. "You know, she's taking an awful long time to adjust her bra."
Nicole was far less worried. "Well, she's got a lot more to fill it with now. Let's just hope she doesn't drag us off to Victoria's Secret and…"
Her words were interrupted as Isabelle burst out of the restroom, scrambling to get out and gasping with relief as she emerged. Both girls, however, found themselves slack-jawed in surprise at the fact that her entire body had gotten bigger, and she was still growing. Suddenly glad that their meals were pretty much done, the two got up and rushed to her as she began to sputter in panic. "Melanie! Nicole! Girl! Freak! Boobs! Growing!"
"Whoa, Belle, calm down!" Trying to keep her friend from freaking out even further and creating a scene, Melanie approached and told her, "Whatever's going on, panicking won't help us solve this problem! Now, let's get you out of here before everyone else starts panicking!"
"Um, Mel? I don't think that's a part of the problem." Nicole pointed at the number of people scattered throughout the food court, not one of whom had reacted to Isabelle's sudden and unexpected growth into a mini-giantess. "Either this is the single most apathetic bunch of mall-goers in the world, or something weird is going on here."
"Yeah, that'd be me." All three turned their heads to find April waving back at them, a slightly nervous grin on her face. "Hi again."
"You!" Rage clear on her face, Isabelle called, "You did this to me!"
Melanie moved to block her friend's vision as best she could. "Yeah, and she's keeping the crowds from going nuts!"
"And keeping you from going naked too." Heads turned as Nicole noted, "What? Her clothing should at least have some rips in it by now if she was growing in size. It's obviously growing with her." She then turned to April and asked, "Are you like Q from 'Star Trek' or something?"
April shrugged. "Or something."
Melanie looked at April in confusion. "Wait, so why are we fully aware of this craziness?"
"Oh, you noticed the initial changes. I can't stop you from noticing everything afterwards even if I wanted to."
"Ahem!" All attention turned back to Isabelle, by now kneeling in order to try and keep herself somewhere close to eye level with the other girls. "Who cares why they're aware of all this?! Just put me back!"
"Well, I'd like to, but you've got to do something else first."
"I'll pay you whatever you want! My mom's rich!"
"Belle, I think she means ask her politely. Say 'please' and all that."
A groan. "Fine! Please change me back!"
A satisfied smile formed on her face, and April snapped her right thumb and middle fingers, a bright flash going over all four of them. When it subsided, Isabelle was back to her normal size, seemingly none the worse for wear, her clothing back to normal right along with her. Both her friends looked at the reality-warping being in their midst as she offered, "So, anything I can do for you two?"
"We're fine, thank…"
"Come on you two, let's get out of here!" Isabelle quickly got to her feet as she interrupted Melanie's polite refusal, turned and strode as far away from April as possible. Part of it was simple frustration, but most of it was complete fear. How could that freak have the gall to embarrass her like that, and more importantly, what was stopping it from happening again?
Nicole followed, but Melanie politely said before chasing after them, "Nice meeting you!"
April watched them go and shook her head sadly. Clearly, not everyone could stand a lesson in manners.

Power Play: Growing Relationship Chapter 5

Written by Proto
 Chapter 5: A New Challenger!

"HIYAH!" A shout filled the apartment as Mai air kicked into the living room.  After years of hearing about how great it was, Mai had finally rented Rumble in the Bronx.  It was an early Jackie Chan movie sure to be chock full of martial arts goodness. The living room was simple enough, a TV that sat on top of rack full of movies and games across from her couch. Every time she looked at it, Mai remembered the first night with April and she couldn't help but smile.  Mai punched the air toward her TV before winding up for her finishing move. She pulled her hands behind her "Gaaaaalliiiicccccck…" she readied. Her hand launched forward as she prepared to hit the play button with her index finger and finish the technique.  Before she could unleash all her button pressing fury on the dvd player, she was distracted by a sound from the bedroom. Her text message sound was screaming "BABIES!! THEY'RE BAAAABIIEEESSS!"  from across the apartment.  She perked up and bounced excitedly to her phone, hoping to see her favorite five letter name on the screen.  Her happiness came to an abrupt end when she saw Daryl's name on the cover. She put it back on the bed, pretending she didn't see it but curiosity got the better of her and she opened the message. "Emergency! Milly called out. Need help in shop. Cover?" Mai's head fell back as she exhaled loudly. She already knew there was only one answer to the text. This was the downside to working in a small shop with an even smaller staff. She sent her affirmative reply and shuffled to the closet to get her work clothes out. Shortly thereafter she was speed walking in the fading sunlight toward the shop. Being the best barista in the joint had its ups and downs. She rarely had to work evenings but in emergencies was always the first and most reliable to call. She walked in the shop's double doors and walked into the backroom to put her stuff down. Daryl was there getting supplies while the front was unoccupied for the moment.

"Looks like a real busy night out there," Mai said dryly motioning to said empty counter. Her boss frowned, "I'm sorry, hun. Milly called out and I panicked. You know I can't run this place by myself even on a slow night. I need someone. Hell, I needed YOU. Nobody knows this shop and nobody knows coffee like you." Mai unsure of what kind of compliment that was cocked her eyebrows, "You sure know how to sweep me off my feet, Daryl. I'll be up front" she tried to muster a laugh to temper the sting from her harsh voice but managed only a small chuckle. Mai then proceeded to man the front desk for what may have been the slowest night in the coffee shop's history. She tried everything to pass the time, wiping down the counter, cleaning the utensils and even organizing them from largest to smallest. She then reorganized them from useful to useless, then by color, by shape.  She reached the point where she was balancing pens on the counter behind her, talking to herself as nobody else would hear. "Well look at the bright side, only two more hours! That's far too long. I should be watching Jackie Chan punch people and insist he doesn't want any trouble. Was that even around back then? Jeez, don't you ever shut up? Oh cheer up, only two more hours. Yeah, you're really not helping. What would Jackie do?"

"I believe he would wall jump off that wall and beat up five guys while simultaneously making himself a mocha frap." A voice suddenly spoke up from behind her. She whirled around to see a young man, mid twenties, standing in front of the counter. His brown hair hung down over his face in a disheveled fashion. A warm smile parted his lips welcomingly. "He always struck me as a cold drink type of guy. Not one to sit around waiting for things to cool off. He's got trouble to not cause, right?" For a moment Mai was completely dumbfounded. Who was this stranger? Why was he talking to her? Oh! Customer. Right. She stepped forward, a confused look on her face, "I'm sorry?" she offered trying to find out what the man was talking about. He laughed and shook his head, "No, I'm sorry. I overheard you talking to yourself about Jackie Chan and I tried to make a dumb joke. My bad" he waved his hand dismissively.  Mai's face lit up "OHHH! I get it! I'm kinda slow tonight, bear with me!" she smiled rubbing her forehead embarrassedly. "So, fellow Jackie fan, what can I get you tonight?" The stranger gazed up at the menu and finally decided on a ice tea lemonade. "I too do not have time to let things cool down. I have to many asses to kick. You know how it is," he laughed. Mai nodded along laughing, "Can I get your name?" With a nod the young man responded, "Cid."

Mai quickly turned around and busied herself as Cid took a seat next to the bar and slid his PSP out to show his friend at the table something on the screen. In the backroom, Mai could hear her phone ringing with a special ringtone. April. But she was busy for the first time all evening and the call would have to wait. Rapidly, she mixed the drink and wrote Cid's name on it. She placed it on the counter and motioned him over. He stood up and she got a look at him as a whole. He was almost six foot with brownish red complexion. His clean shaven face made him look younger than he was, no doubt. His long sideburns framed his face well as he ran his hand through his hair, pushing his bangs back. His strong arms fit snugly into his shirt that did a great job of framing his shoulders as well. Unfazed by this, Mai simply handed him his drink and told him to have a good day. Cid paused, caught off guard at the abruptness of it all, "Yeah…you too miss…uh do you have a name barista lady?" Mai did a half turn before disappearing into the back room, "Barista lady? That'll do!" and she vanished from his sight. Cid returned to the table where his friend was waiting with a smile, "Smooth man. Barista lady!" Cid waved it off, "Whatever man, she's just a girl at a coffee shop." He stared off after her a moment longer, "A cute girl, though…"

Power Play: Growing Relationship Chapter 4

Written by Proto

Chapter 4: Date Night Fun

What a night it had been, Mai thought to herself. She had just had an amazing first date with, literally, the girl of her dreams. She ran into her room, talking to nobody but excited nonetheless. "She's soooo awesome! She's cute! And fun and sexy and nice and sweet and cute and the best and…and…" her eyes began to close as she stood tugging at her shirt to come off, "and the best…an…d cu…te…" her eyes shut as her body fell forward toward the bed. She was asleep before her head even hit the pillow.
All too soon, her alarm was loudly singing her awake. "Oh Chinese ninja  warrior. With your heart so coooo-" with an audible sigh, Mai's hand landed heavily on her alarm clock, silencing it and knocking it to the floor in one fell swoop. She rolled over in bed, light streaming in from the window. She had left the string lights that hung from the walls on all night and their illumination was moot. She rolled over to get off the bed but her other arm was still tangled in her shirt from the night before and she failed to catch herself she fell off the bed with a shriek. With a thud she landed on her alarm clock, bruising her forearm she rolled around, muttering about the clock's vicious revenge. She managed to get herself to her feet. In a tiff she threw her shirt to the ground and slid her pants off as she wandered toward the shower. Kicking her panties to the side she climbed into the shower only to jump back against the wall as was pelted by freezing cold water. Tenderly she stuck her toes forward to feel if the water was warming up. No such luck. After a few minutes she forced herself forward and with painfully shallow breaths managed to get cleaned and she wrapped herself in a towel as she waddled back to the bedroom in search of warm clothes. She stepped into a pair of plain panties and her work jeans before reaching for a bra. Reaching behind her, she felt the old hooks clasp together and she adjusted herself to comfort. All she needed was a shirt and the world would be a perfect place once again. She slid open the drawer only to find it devoid of work shirts. She exhaled loudly as she remembered she hadn't done laundry in a week and her shirts were dirty. Feeling increasingly frustrated, she grabbed another shirt and put it on, hoping her boss wouldn't mind. She stomped to the kitchen for a bowl of cereal. The bombardment of ice she had called a shower was half the time of her usual warm soaks so for once she had time for a real breakfast. Cereal sounded great, Mai decided. She strode toward the cupboard and got everything out. It had been a while since she had cereal and looked forward to enjoying it. She poured it into the bowl then opened the milk. She tilted it and much to her chagrin it fell in clumps into her bowl. She slammed the carton on the table and stared straight ahead, her jaw straining visibly. She dumped the food down the drain along with the milk which she almost needed to scoop out.
"Stupid shower making me so cold I had to stupid eat stupid cereal. Then it had stupid milk that was MADE of stupid clumps" As she talked angrily to herself she put another bagel in the toaster, "I swear if this stupid toaster ruins my stupid bagel I'm going to throw it out the stupid window forever." As she waited for her bagel to pop up, she grabbed her shoes and got ready to leave. With a loud clang her bagel rocketed out of the toaster and landed in her bowl with milk chunk residue. Mai's fists clenched as she tried to comprehend the events of the morning. "That...no way…it just…That's not PHYSICALLY possible."  As angry as she wanted to be, part of her was 1) impressed with the toasters shot put skills and 2) amused because the amount of things gone wrong this morning bordered on the cartoonish. Despite those, anger still prevailed as she flung the door open and threw herself into the hallway, slamming the door behind her she turned toward the elevator. Her last memory of April the night before had been her walking backward toward the elevator. For the first time all morning, a small smile came across Mai's face as she closed her eyes, remembering the night before. Mai entered the elevator and it began its rocky descent down. One of these days, she thought to herself, this stupid thing is gonna break down. She slid her phone out of her back pocket and typed a text to April, "I had a lot of fun last night. Can't wait to hear from you soon!" She hit the send button as the doors creaked open. Mai stepped out and walked toward work. She had been awake for an hour and already the day was off to a terrible start.
Mai dragged herself the few blocks to work, her feet trudging along the cement the whole way there. She reached the shop's backdoor and pushed it open. Her boss, Daryl, was waiting behind the cash register, with one glance at her outfit his face changed to a disapproving one. However, once his gaze reached her face he immediately softened sensing her rough morning. He was an older man, about fifty and was the owner of the family run shop. His grey hair showed just enough evidence that it used to be red years ago. The stress of running a busy coffee had aged him prematurely as he had clear wrinkles around his eyes and mouth. He was a kind man who often saw Mai as a daughter and always looked out for her. Knowing she had a rough morning already, he decided not to exacerbate it and kept his mouth shut.  Mai dropped her purse in the back cupboard and got up front, ready for the opening swarm. A line had already formed outside and she could feel them staring in. Like meth heads to a pusher, they needed their morning caffeine. Finally opening time struck and Daryl opened the doors. The mob of people flew in, regulars and newbies alike as Mai and Daryl took orders and mixed coffees like pros. The distraction of work helped Mai push the frustrations of the morning out of her mind but they were quickly replaced by new ones. Finicky customers, and complicated orders filled the air for the first two hours as people rushed in and out. Finally, the shop slowed down and Mai rested against the counter taking a deep breath and long sigh. Daryl walked past her to clean the utensils they had used and rubbed her shoulder warmly and gave her a soft smile. Her day continued and she eventually reached her lunch break. She stumbled to the cupboard and opened it to retrieve her purse. Attached to it was a note,
Hwoarang's Noodle House. 8PM tonight. See you there.
-A
At the bottom of the note was a dark red lipstick kiss. Mai's stomach immediately filled with butterflies at the thought of seeing April again. She closed her eyes and saw the raven haired beauty and her starlit eyes as she imagined April smiling at her. Mai held the paper close to her chest, smiling and bouncing around giddily. Just like that, all her frustrations and anger from the morning had melted away. It was quickly replaced with warm feelings and anticipation for the night to come. Thankfully, the rest of her day shot by. Mai excitedly dashed home to change for her big date. She showered once again, warm this time, to try and get the smell of coffee out of her entire being. Scrubbing as much as she could she leapt out and into a soft blue short dress. It clung to her dainty frame well, showing off her legs and small hips. She styled her hair in a cute up do with her bangs hanging down extra wavy over her eyes. Giving herself a quick once over in the mirror she nodded and vanished out the door. At a quarter to eight she pulled up in her car at the noodle house and put it in park. She took a deep breath and readied herself. It had only been a day since she last saw April, but it felt like forever and she was ecstatic to once again be with her. Wasn't that crazy, she thought to herself. Shaking it off she opened the car door and walked into the restaurant.  She walked into the entryway and peered around looking for a familiar face. In the far corner of the restaurant she saw a young woman with short black hair waving widely and smiling at her. Mai's heart skipped a beat as she made eye contact with April. She made her way across the room, each step speeding up her heartbeat so fast it felt like it would pound out of her chest. April stood up, her black blouse hung from her shoulders, showing off her small frame well. The neckline was low and small amount of cleavage could be mustered from April's endowments. Her skirt was loose and flowed freely as she stepped forward to hug Mai. They embraced and Mai felt like she had perfection. There was nothing she wanted more, or so she thought. Until she felt April's warm lips press against her own. Her eyes closed as they kissed one another deeply. April motioned for Mai to sit down and she accepted. The two ladies sat across the small table from one another, making general small talk.
"How was your day, sweetie?" April inquired as she reached for the glass of wine before her. Mai leaned back in her chair and rubbed her temple with a drawn out sigh. "Oh it was pretty much awful" she said with a laugh. April swallowed her wine quickly, worry across her face, "I'm so sorry! I hope I didn't inconvenience you by having you come out here. I know it's a ways from your apartment. I just wanted to see you again…" she said. Mai smiled, leaning forward once again, she rested her hand on April's rubbing it tenderly. "I love that you asked me out. It actually saved my day. The thought of seeing you got me through it all". April's eyes lit up as they smiled at each other once again. The waiter suddenly materialized at their table, "May I take you ladies' orders?" They both jumped back startled and laughed. "We haven't even looked at the menu. I'm sorry!" April said apologetically. The waiter rolled his eyes impatiently, "Just call me back as soon as your ready ma'am." With that he walked away abruptly.
"Well that was rude," Mai stated pursing her lips out feigning outrage. April simply smiled, "I know how to get better service. Don't you worry, doll". Mai eyed her quizzically as April closed her eyes, the smile become slightly more devious.  Mai watched on in fascination as April's blouse began to fill up, pressing outward. Cleavage began to appear before her very eyes as her breasts pushing together. Mai felt more than a twinge of arousal as she watched the show. April let out a small sigh as her bosom's growth came to a stop at a firm DD. Her top wrapped tightly around her new bust line, her cleavage going for what seemed like miles into the inviting depths of her shirt. Mai's legs rubbed together as she struggled to keep herself composed.  April glanced down at them then back at Mai, "Better, yes?" she smiled. Mai wordlessly nodded in awe. Within moments, another waiter had appeared, "Would you lovely ladies like an appetizer? I can have some edamame brought over immediately." The two women exchanged glances. April looked up at the young man, her hand resting on her chest lightly, "But we haven't ordered anything yet" she said daintily. The waiter waved his hand, "It's on the house. I'll have it brought to your table. Enjoy your evening, my name is Michael." He blushed as April thanked him by name and he vanished back into the woodworks. Mai looked on in disbelief, "That was amazing! Just like that? I always knew I was missing out by having these" she finished the sentence motioning to her small breasts. April shrugged it off, "I like you just the way you are, sweetie. Don't you worry about how you look. Besides," she smiled mischievously again, "the fun is just beginning." She shook her shoulders out and exhaled slowly. Mai watched once again as changes occurred in April's shirt. This time her breasts reverted back to their much smaller real size. The red head was completely lost as to what April's purpose was. Moments later, Michael returned with a large order of edamame. His eyes immediately lost their sparkle when he returned to see the black haired guest not nearly as busty as he remembered. He paused for a moment, food in hand, he looked around the area for the table with the buxom blouse clad beauty. April cleared her throat, "Is that the edamame you got us? It's on the house, correct?" she spoke the final words with coy intent.  Still confused but retaining some semblance of professionalism the waiter managed a nod and placed the bowl on their table. His eyes kept wandering to where he had spied a perfect pair of breasts just minutes ago. He wandered off stunned. April took a pod and popped the snack in her mouth. "Wow, these are really good. Eat some before I have the whole bowl!"
Mai stared on in shock. Slowly a smile came over her face, then it hit. Laughter. She began to laugh loudly at the incredible maneuver April had just pulled. "Not only do you have amazing expansion powers, but she used them for fun and pranks!" Mai managed to get out, "You're so awesome!" April  smiled and feigned a small bow.  The two ladies decided to order a large bowl of udon and waited for their waiter to return. After a few moments, April decided she would once again "summon" their waiter. Mai eagerly watched as April once again sensually increased her curves. She couldn't help but wonder what it felt like. She wanted so badly to feel that expansion in her own breasts. She could only imagine how good it felt. That thought combined with the actual visual of April's bosom expanding, this time even larger than before caused her to feel a dampening between her thighs. Get a grip of yourself Mai, she thought to herself.  But I can't help it! Look at her! Look at those! Her eyes travelled down to April's improved endowments. Once again, moments later a third waiter appeared, "Evening ladies! My name's Ricky and I'll be…takin care of you this evening!" he said with a smile and glint in his eyes. Mai and April exchanged a glance and giggled. Not so much because of his line, but more at it. They placed their order and the sleaziest waiter yet gave them a wink, "I'll make sure and prepare this dish extra well just for you. I'll make it myself."
"I'd really rather you left that to the people in the kitchen. I'd rather our udon isn't dripping with as much cheese as those lines you're hurling at us, kay thanks" Mai said with a smile and wink of her own. The waiter was stunned for a moment before recovering and laughing it off before vanishing into the kitchen. In the kitchen, he ran into fellow waiter, Michael. "Bro, table 73. Two chicks, one has these huuuge tits. You gotta see 'em." Ricky raved with his hands out a foot from his chest to mimic the dark haired guest. Michael thought for a moment, "73? Yeah I don't think so. I was just there, and I think my little brother has bigger boobs." He leaned around the wall to glance over when he clearly saw April's heaving bosom resting on the table as she leaned forward, listening to Mai talk endlessly about her work day and the strange clients that came in. "No way!" He exclaimed, "They're back!" Ricky faced his friend confusedly, "What do you mean 'they're back'?" Michael proceeded to tell him about earlier events and Ricky just shrugged it off. Minutes later, their order was up and both men decided to deliver the meal to the table. However, upon arriving they discovered no cup bigger than a B. Both men simply stared in confusion at April's chest. "Can I help you, gentlemen?" April asked, indignation in her voice. Both shook their heads wordlessly and left their table alone. Once they were out of earshot, both women began to crack up once again.
"This is a fun game!" Mai said between laughs, her hand resting on her chest to calm her breathing. April nodded along, "Oh it's one of my favorites." Mai slowly regained her composure, speaking between smaller laughs, "Well then what is your favorite game?" April swallowed her bite of their dinner, "Well you'll just have to wait and see won't you?" she finished with a smirk and an eye brow flick. The two finished dinner soon enough and the bill came. They laughed once again when they saw the edamame was indeed free of charge. They split the bill fifty fifty and gathered their belongings and made their way to the door. April walked Mai to her car and they lingered for a few minutes.
"Thank you so much for tonight, babe. I really needed it. Today was just…ugh" Mai sighed. April leaned forward, kissing Mai on the cheek, "It's my pleasure. Really" she whispered into her ear.  Mai looked up once more into April's sparkling eyes, "Any chance we'll get to play your favorite game anytime in the near future?" The black haired beauty leaned in and planted a passionate kiss on Mai's lips. Their arms instinctively wrapped around one another, pulling each other in tighter. Mai felt a touch of wetness once again as April's tongue slid into her mouth, wrestling with her own sensually. Mai began to feel tingling deep inside her chest. Warm pressure building up within her breasts. She could've sworn they felt like they were filling up. She kissed April harder excitement building. But just as soon as it started, the tingling pressure ended. April parted from the kiss but hovered over Mai's lips. "Maybe someday we'll play."

Chapter 3: Understandings

Mai's lips parted from April and they paused for a beat, smiling at each other. April leaned forward and rested on Mai's chest. Mai ran her fingers through April's raven hair and exhaled strongly. "Well, this has all been quite amazing, but I'm gonna go try to wake up now. I really hope everything works out HALF this well in real life" she laughed as April sat back and confusedly looked up at her, cleavage still spilling from her once baggy shirt. "What do you mean…wake up?" she asked her red headed date. Mai collapsed in her chair once again, her hands rubbing her face. "Well clearly this is a dream. I mean, c'mon, this," she motioned to April's bosom, "can't be really happening." April laughed quietly and sat back in her chair, "And, why not, exactly?" she asked quizzically. Mai laughed "because it's impossible! People can't just…expand! Grow! Whatever you want to call it." Mai stared longingly at April, a small twinge of sadness in her eyes, "Though it would be amazing. See, I've been having these dreams…" she suddenly caught herself mid sentence and threw her hands up in the air as if to physically bat away the words she had just spoken. "That's neither here nor there. Like I said, it's wake up time." She stood up and began to jump a little in place "Waaaaaake UP! Wake up…wake uuuuuuup! Aaaannnny second now…" She closed her eyes and opened them again, shaking her head. April giggled and leaned further back in her chair, her arm rested behind her on the back of the old creaky chair as Mai tried desperately to wake herself up. Mai closed her eyes once again, this time as hard as she could. "And this is it for real! Time to end this- " she was cut off as she opened her eyes to see April standing as close as she could right before her. She could feel April's warm breath on her lips "…perfection" Mai breathed the end of the sentence. The two women inched toward each other one, lips pursing as they prepared to meet. Mai's eyes fluttered shut. Just before they kissed, she felt a sharp pinch on her butt and she nigh leapt out of her skin as she yelped in pain. She reached back and rubbed herself tenderly. "That hurt! Why would yo-" she paused mid sentence as April watched on, smiling, as realization slowly came over Mai. "That…hurt. Hurt...Really hurt. Real…ly. Real. Real…ity? Real?" Mai's eyes glazed over as she attempted to come to grips with everything that just unfurled in her own apartment.
Mai's hands slowly rose to her head as she rubbed her temples, wandering into her living room she sat down on the couch. April slowly entered the room, now feeling unsure of her decision to reveal her abilities to Mai so quickly. She crept toward the couch and sat on the other end, torn between reaching out to the young woman, and letting her deal in silence. Mai's hands slid over her face as she leaned forward, elbows resting on her jeans. April began to slowly reach out when she saw her red hair bouncing slightly as Mai's shoulders shook, her face still obscured by her soft porcelain hands. April retracted her hand quickly and felt her heart hit the floor two stories beneath them. What a fool, she called herself, how could this have been a good idea. Only one thing left to do, she continued her thought. She looked at Mai one more time, her vision clouding with tears. Slowly she raised her hand, bringing her fingers together preparing to snap them. Just go back far enough to salvage this mistake….She put pressure between her fingers, felt reality start to bend in preparation, when she suddenly heard it. Giggles. Her gaze slowly shifted to Mai. Her hands had fallen to her knees and April could clearly see a smile on Mai's face. She hadn't been crying at all! Mai lay back against the pillows on the couch and laughed aloud harder. April's sky blue eyes shimmered in confusion, inch by inch she lowered her hand, releasing pressure between her middle finger and thumb, her hand found rest on the couch cushion between her own and Mai's. Still laughing, the red head reached over and rested her hand on April's. She looked over and their eyes finally met. Mai's shone brightly with what looked like happiness and excitement while April's still gave evidence of sadness and confusion. "I…I thought you were crying" April managed, finally. Mai's face switched to shock and apology as she stammered back, "Crying? Me? No never! Well, sometimes but only when I'm watching a sad movie or see hamsters in a small cage but that's-whatever! No I wasn't crying! I'm so sorry you thought that! Never! I just…wow." She ended the sentence with a large sigh and a pleading look at April to have understood that jumble. April rubbed her eyes, her vision no longer blurred she turned her hand over and held Mai's tightly. "I'm sorry I got kinda weird for a second there. It's just; this is so…so…" Mai started as April cringed slightly waiting and worrying what the next word would be, "AWESOME!" Mai squealed. "It's incredible! Can you just do your…ya know…boobs," she motioned timidly to April's bust and the shirt that struggled to contain them. "Or can you do all of you? I can't believe you thought I was crying! Maybe tears of joy! This is so great." April's lips parted into a smile so big it almost hurt. Acceptance.
Mai leapt across the couch and wrapped her arms around her. "You know, I hope this isn't too personal," she started. April gave her an incredulous look and motioned to her bosom nearly soaring into plain view. "Touché." Mai giggled, "I've had this fascination with…I dunno, what do you call it, growing?" April nodded, "Growth, expansion, whatever. Surprise me" she said with a laugh and dismissive hand wave. Mai released April from the hug and sat as close to her as possible, "So, how long have you been able to do this?" she quizzed excitedly bouncing in her seat. April shrugged, "Pretty much forever. It's...a uh…family trait," she finished somewhat cryptically. Mai, being far too caught up in the moment to even notice just nodded her head and kept going asking questions a mile a minute. "So do you need sugar for it? Can you just change on command?" She gasped as a terrifying thought crossed her mind "Does this mean you can't eat candy?" April laughed heartily at the last question, "No I don't NEED sugar. It just speeds the process up is all. Yes I can definitely do this on command. And don't worry, honey, I can eat all the sweets I want and not destroy the candy shop with my tits" she punctuated the last words with a wink. The thought left Mai slack jawed. "Watch out though, you're so sweet I may just eat you up!" April said leaping forward kissing Mai hard and pushing her back and pinning her to the couch. Mai felt April's legs intertwining with her own as their kisses built up more passion. April's hands ran through her lover's fiery hair as Mai felt the raven haired beauty's enhanced bosom pressing against her. Mai couldn't help herself as one hand traveled down, resting atop the soft top of April's right breast. They broke their kiss for a moment and Mai timidly asked the question she had been waiting for, "Does it…feel…good?" April smiled and kissed Mai once again, tongue exploring her mouth before pulling away once more. "It feels amazing" she whispered sensually. Mai could feel herself get a chill from head to toe. Arousal tingled throughout her body as she fought back the urge to jump April's bones on the spot. They kissed once more, lighter now, before April's continence became much more serious. She lifted her torso up to get a better view of Mai, their legs still tangled together, April spoke "Now you know this is real and not just another crazy dream of yours." Mai nodded as she continued, "Do you still stand by the promise you made me earlier? You wouldn't change me for the universe, right?" Without missing a beat, Mai repeated the kiss from earlier and reiterated her promise. "I meant every word, sweetie. I may have thought it was a dream, but dammit did I hope I was wrong. Because tonight, with you, even before we came here, was perfection. I made that promise to you. Not to my dream." April smiled so wide her cheeks ached once again. Her lips smashed into Mai's as they kissed. Passion overwhelming logic, they rolled off the couch. Both ladies shrieked in mid air and hit the ground with an audible thud. , "Are you okay?" Mai laughed, "I'm just fine, had a padded landing," she giggled motioning to April's distressed shirt. April looked down to see her red headed lover resting on her chest.
Mai felt so content and happy to simply lay there. She felt April's arms wrap around her and rub her back lightly. April leaned her head forward to kiss the top of her head. As she did so, she caught a glimpse at the clock. It was already in the twelve o'clock hour. April sighed, "It's really late. I should probably get going, hun. Don't you have work in the morning?" Mai exhaled, her warm breath tingling April's skin. "Yeah I do. This is just really comfy". April smiled and rubbed Mai's back again this time slightly harder. They stood up and Mai walked with her to the door. April grabbed her things along the way and turned to face Mai at the threshold. April smiled, "Call me soon? I don't want to have wait three days to hear from you." Mai leaned forward and planted a kiss on her tender lips, "You'll be lucky if you get 3 hours without hearing from me". They kissed once more and April walked backwards away from the apartment never breaking eye contact with Mai. The elevator doors opened with a ding a creak and she continued to walk backward into it, leaning forward to keep seeing Mai who was leaning as far forward out of her door as she could to maintain sight. The doors almost closed on April's neck as she dodged it and they ladies laughed once more together before April was taken out of sight. Mai closed the door and leaned against it sliding down to a sitting position on the ground. She knew there was something budding deep inside her. Since the moment she first laid eyes on her, she was fascinated with April. Even more so now that was quite literally her dream girl. Things may have already taken a turn for the unexpected but if that's how they were going to be, she couldn't wait to see where they'd go from here.

Chapter 2: First Date

Mai paced back and forth in her small apartment. She glanced up periodically to look at herself in the mirror and then back down at the floor. She had the day off and never saw the need to get dressed, so she wandered the apartment in a fitted but old grey shirt and her green panties. Thoughts and worries filled her head like a schizophrenic conversation. "Why hasn't she called yet? Because it's only been a day since you gave her your number, spaz. Breathe. No! She hates me. I know it. What if I called her? With what number, genius? Well I could look her up in the phonebook! How many April…s could there be in there? A lot. OH I'll hire a private eye and HE'LL find her FOR ME. Damn you're good. Really? Not even a little." The battle raged on with no end in sight when suddenly her phone began singing into the silence "I was so happy when you smi-". Before the song could even finish the first line, Mai had hurled herself over the couch, tripped on her own feet and crashed to the ground but her hand managed to find the phone on the table high above her. Slowly she brought the receiver to her ear

"H…hello?" she almost whispered nervously. "Mai, it's ya muddah! Where have ya been?" Mai gave her phone a confused look before shaking her head "Sorry mom, I gotta go!" She could hear her mother's Chicago accent stuttering in confusion as she was cut off. The red head sighed and put her phone down on the table again. She sat back against the thick wooden leg of the table and stretched her bare legs out across the old beige carpet her apartment was filled with. She looked down and imagined the individual tufts of carpet as buildings surrounding what would be her enormous frame. She had continued to have dreams of growth and they still filled her mind with curiosity, and more importantly, lust for it. She dragged her leg over the would-be buildings and watched them bend over with ease, tickling the underside of her leg. Her phone again rang snapping her from her daydream, this time irritatingly so. She leaned back smacking the back of her head against the table with a thud she grimaced and reached up for her phone. She flipped it open with an aggravated sigh "Look, I'm REALLY busy right now so could ya just call back some other time?!" she barked into the phone. A vaguely recognize, yet instantly familiar, voice answered back, "Oh…I'm sorry I didn't mean to interrupt. I'll just call back. Sorry…" Mai, realizing it was not her mother on the phone once again instantly jumped into backpedaling mode and apologized profusely. "No no no no noNO! I'M the one who should apologize. I thought it was someone else calling. See my mom keeps calling me and I just tho-yeah never mind. Let me start over. This is Mai, may I ask who this is?" The answer came and it was what she had been waiting and dreading for hours to hear.

"Oh I'm sorry, it's April!" she response came back in a happy voice. Mai's heart leapt into her throat with such force she tried to stand up and smashed her head against the table, knocking her back to the ground in a heap. April looked curiously at her phone as she heard the crash and subsequent mumbles, grumbles and pants as her red headed friend tried to gather herself once again. Mai rubbed her head and shot her table a look that would kill had its target not been inanimate. She crawled forward to escape repeating the accident and lay sprawled on the carpet. "Sorry about that, April. The table attacked me brutally. You should've seen it! That thing had some moves, I tell ya." April laughed at the joke and Mai felt a little better already. The two sat on opposite ends of the phone chatting for a minutes on end. Small talk, at first but it steadily shifted into subjects of note. "I've always hated the rules about when is too soon to call or when is too late." April started, "I wanted to run home and call you yesterday but didn't wanna look like freak calling you that soon then I didn't want to seem uninterested and wait that BS 3 days." Mai laughed and nodded her head along, "Right? I wanted you to call too! I wasn't like pacing around the phone back and forth or anything, ya know, weird like that." April giggled "No, never. So…what are you doing…say…tonight? Around-" April began. Mai's eyes lit up and she responded "Nothing! I'm free tonight" April smiled into her phone, "I didn't even say a time yet, silly. Are you sure?" "Try me." Mai responded confidently. April paused for a moment, "How aboooooouuuut an hour from now?" Mai leapt up from the ground and looked around panicked. "An hour? Sure! Yeah an hour is perfect! Where do you wanna meet?" After a few minutes of all around indecision they decided to meet at a coffee shop that she didn't work at and they hung up. Mai dashed like a mad woman into the shower and washed faster than she thought possible before leaping out of the shower and into a towel. The next test was even more challenging. The outfit. Her little black dress? She didn't have much a figure but the dress was definitely the most stunning outfit in her closet. But this is just coffee on a first date. Is this a date? Fine, no dress. How about chucks, jeans and a t shirt. Too casual? I don't wanna look like I don't care either…Then she saw it. Her yellow long sleeve v neck shirt and the "nice" jeans she saves for special occasions. In a flash she put the outfit on and strapped on her bra with the most padding and flew out the door in a red headed flash.

She waited at the coffee shop alone for a few minutes pondering how the night would go. She decided to be proactive and order them drinks. After all she knew April's order, it was simple enough. She got to the front and ordered one plain coffee and an iced coffee blend for herself. She waited anxiously for the barista to fill the order. She watched the woman fumble around behind the counter. Mai shook her head she mentally corrected every error the worker performed. A few moments later the order was ready and Mai collected it with a sigh and went to the side to add sugar and creamer. Mai recalled April saying the morning was "too early" for sugar. Perhaps she'd be okay with it now. Mai added a few packets of sugar and creamer to the coffee lightening its complexion considerably. She turned and took a seat by the window to wait for her raven haired date. She sipped lightly at her coffee blend when she was caught off guard by a hand touching the chair in front of her. Mai glanced up to see a young woman with short black hair and sky blue eyes standing over her. "Is this seat taken?" April asked with a warm smile. Mai, choking on her drink tried not to spit it out all over April's black v neck. She nodded profusely and motioned for April to sit down. She sat down and they smiled at one another silently. Mai struggling for something to say began, "I got you a coffee, and I remembered you like coffee, so I got you one!" April blushed and laid her dainty hand on the cup, "Thank you, Mai. That was sweet of you" she began to raise the cup to her mouth when Mai remembered, "It does have sugar in it though. I thought now that it wasn't morning you could be okay with it?"

April's eyes shot open and she slowly lowered the drink away from her lips, "We'll save that for a little later then. If I drink that now, I'll be…all over the place" she finished with a smile. Mai began to apologize but April waved it aside. "I do like sugar. A lot in fact, but like I said, later." April reached her hand out and placed it on Mai's. The green eyed red head's gaze shifted up to April and their eyes met. The bustling coffee shop suddenly seemed silent as their gaze deepened. The two began to lean forward, toward each other. April became starkly aware of how welcoming Mai's lips looked. They had only just met, but both of them felt a strange connection, like they knew each other already. Like something deeper. Mai's hand turned over to hold April's as Mai's thumb caressed the top of her hand. April's skin was like silk, so soft and cool to the touch. Mai stared deep into April's eyes and saw the most beautiful sights imaginable. A thousand glittering stars shimmered in her soft blue eyes, galaxies worth of glittering wrapped in her breathtaking irises. Their lips were getting closer to one another, slowly being drawn together by a magnetism neither had ever felt before. Mai could feel April's warm breath on her lips. Mai's eyes closed and their lips finally met. April's lips were soft and warm pressed against her own. April's hand wrapped tighter around Mai's as their fingers interlaced with each other. They broke away from each other for a moment and made eye contact. Confusion and passion filled both their eyes. Their soft lips collided once again as their hands clutched each other tightly. They started to stand to lean forward more in their seats. Mai could feel heat building under her collar. What was wrong with her? An hour into their first date and already making out at the table? She couldn't explain it, but it somehow felt...right. Like they knew each other already, as if they were long lost lovers finally reunited. Again they broke away from the kiss and sat back down. They exchanged looks and nervous laughs.

"I've never…I'm so sorry. That was too fast," Mai began, "I don't know what came over me. I just…you're so beautiful…and I…"April reached across the table and rested a finger on Mai's lips. "You're amazing. That's what you are. I kissed you just as much as you kissed me. Now stop apologizing." She looked around the shop then down at her drink, "What do you say we get outta here? This coffee is gonna be pretty bad if I don't get it to a microwave, soon."  "My place is a few blocks away," Mai offered, "care to join me for some reheated coffee?"  April responded with a smile as she grabbed her bag.

The two left the coffee house and walked under the soft moonlight to Mai's apartment. They stole glances at each other the whole walk there. April walked intentionally in stride with Mai, trying to brush hands together. The two finally reached Mai's apartment building and entered the creaky old elevator. Mai pressed the button for her floor and as the door closed glued herself to April, kissing once again passionately. April, caught off guard, nearly dropped her coffee but happily kissed back, both women blushing. The elevator came to stop with a jolt and the ladies separated and straightened themselves for the doors opening. Mai stepped out first and led the way to her apartment. Once inside the two left their jackets on the rack and entered the kitchen. "I can warm up that coffee if you want!" Mai extended her hand. April smiled and accepted handing the cup to Mai. She put it in the microwave for a few seconds to warm it up and turned to sit with April at her dining table. "So this is the table that attacked you earlier?" April asked with a twinkle in her eye, "You're right. It looks brutal." Mai shrugged embarrassedly and rubbed the bump on the back of her head. The microwave dinged and Mai leapt up to grab the coffee out of it. She handed the steaming cup to her date when she asked "Mai, sweetie, do you have any more sugar?" Mai nodded "Of course!" and opened the cupboard to a small jar full of the white powder. She placed it on the table and sat back down. April's face suddenly became very serious and she took a deep breath. "Now what you're about to see may…scare you, a bit. But trust me, it's perfectly fine. Mai shifted confusedly in her seat, "…Okay?" was all she could respond.

April silently added a few more lumps of sugar to her coffee and took a sip. She closed her eyes and a strange smile came across her face. She took another drink of coffee, this time a deeper swill. Slowly she placed the cup down in front of her and leaned back in her chair. Mai watched on, not sure what to expect. She couldn't help but let her eyes wander up and down April's small but lovely frame. She was shorter and smaller than Mai but her breasts were definitely nice to look at. Wait. Breasts? Mai thought to herself, "I remember her being on the smaller side like me. But those are definitely bigger." She continued to ponder the thought as she stared into April's cleavage. For a moment she could have sworn she heard a faint moan escape April's parted lips. Mai rubbed her eyes and couldn't believe it. For sure now, April's breasts were bigger than before. Her cleavage deeper more pronounced in her black v neck. She watched on with intense interest as she could in fact see April's bust increasing. She gasped in disbelief as her date's bosom began to overflow from the top of her shirt. April's hands rose to her chest as she began to knead herself softly, panting quietly as she did. After a few more moments, April opened her eyes and exhaled heavily. "I always hate to stop so soon," she said with a sigh. Her gaze shifted to Mai who was staring in literal slack jawed disbelief. "Okay I warned you, so don't freak out" she began, starting to panic herself. Mai slowly shook her head, "I'm not freaking out. That was…amazing. How do you…? Why does…? Where? Okay less where but more HOW?" Mai's questions flew out a million miles an hour. She reached forward and grabbed the cup of coffee and eyed it suspiciously, "Is it the coffee? If it is I'm sooo stealing that recipe." She said still eyeing the liquid.

April laughed and brought the coffee out of Mai's hand. "It's not the coffee, it's me. I can…alter things. My appearance namely, and sugar is just a helpful catalyst, we'll say" Mai was once again dumbstruck. She could barely imagine such things were possible in her dreams much less in real life and so matter of fact. The lack of hesitation and ease of which April said it was equally shocking. "How long have you been able to do that?" April waved her hand, "the logistics are far less important right now. The important question is, are you okay with…me?" April asked. For the first time since they met, she looked vulnerable. Scared. Mai stared back unblinkingly and stood up from the table. She took a deep breath and a step forward; she ran her hand along the side of April's face and leaned down. Slowly their lips journeyed towards each other once again. Mai paused just before they touched, "I wouldn't change you for the universe, dear" and they kissed once again. April paused between smooches and said with a smile, "I may just hold you to that one day."

Chapter 1: Life As She Knew It

Mai's hands deftly flew from one handle to another as she mixed the caffeinated concoctions.  Non-fat caramel macchiato here,  soy milk espressos there. Her life in the coffee shop definitely SEEMED busy and exciting but with the same thirty customers ordering the same drinks at the same time of day, her life was quite dull lately. She slid the warming sleeve onto the cup but still felt the heat through the soft cardboard. "Thank you for coming to 50K Brews!" her voice happily chimed in an identical form as the last thousand times. The man grabbed his coffee silently and walked off.  By now the oblivious nature of the customers didn't even phase her. The ruder ones still hurt her feelings from time to time, but that sort of reaction meant she would need some sort emotional tie to her job. Mai could mix any drink in the shop in less time than it took for the customer to order it felt like. And she was bored of it. Day after day, cup after cup her mind wandered as she filled the bottoms with syrup and the tops with whip cream. Soon enough her shift ended and she walked out of the shop and headed home. The gravel shifted beneath her feet as her converse carried her around the corner and four blocks down to her studio apartment.  Mai had a car but used a walk to work as her excuse to avoid the gym. She pushed the elevator button and as the squeaky doors opened she stepped into the elevator and hit the button for the fourth floor. With a jump and a creak the old metal box climbed up to its destination.  The doors opened and Mai made her way down the grey hallway to her apartment. She opened the door and took her favorite step of the day. Once inside she closed the door behind her and leaned against it with her eyes closed. She dropped her green purse on the counter and made her way to the couch where she slumped down and rested at long last. The soft fabric of the cushions made her feel at home as she sank deeper into the old piece of furniture.  Her eyes grew heavier and heavier as she slowly drifted off to sleep.
Mai found herself high above the city lights, looking down at the car headlights zooming across the highway. Buildings and streetlights flickering far below. Something in the distance caught her attention and she moved for it. Suddenly, she became aware of her size. She wasn't flying high above the city but was in fact standing. Her giant form loomed over the town as she lumbered forward. Not used to her newfound size, her shin crashed painfully through a parking garage and it sent her tumbling to the ground destroying a handful of buildings as she landed. She sat up for a moment in shock of what she had done but part of her couldn't help but admit it was fun. Besides, clearly she was dreaming. There was no way she could ever be this enormous. She swung her arm to the side demolishing another building. The dust fell down around her and she became aware that she was also incredibly naked. Her hands ran down from her neck to her breasts which had somehow also increased in size and down to her inner thigh. She heard a voice in the distance, quiet but definitely there. She tried her best but couldn't make out what it was saying. Her mind once again returned to the work her hands were getting into. Her fingers sliding up her inner thigh excitingly about to reach their goal. "Never gonna give you up! Never gonna let you down" suddenly rang out from the skies around her snapping her to attention. Astley's voice filled the air and her ears as she struggled to figure out what was happening.  A moment later she snapped awake, hitting her phone instinctively to silence the alarm.
"Gotta love opening the morning after a closing shift…" she grumbled quietly to herself.  "Another one of those dreams. I can't seem to shake them recently." She  continued the thought as she changed clothes. Mai tossed her dirty clothes in the hamper as she climbed into the shower.  She stood underneath the hot water as it ran down past her deep red hair, pouring over her dainty, curve-less frame. She washed herself quickly before climbing out and to get dressed. As she clasped her bra she often wondered what the point of even wearing it was. The small A cups DID give a round shape to her shirt but she was often very self conscious of her breasts(or lack thereof). She tossed a yellow button up shirt on over and her regular jeans before grabbing her apron and throwing it over her shoulder.  She wandered into the kitchen to get a bagel and thoughts of her dream kept racing through her mind. She loved the feeling of being so big and wished it could be real. The city feeling so small beneath her giant form got her so excited.  A glance at the clock informed her that she was actually running late and with her half eaten bagel tight between her lips she booked it out the door.
Time for morning cardio as Mai dashed to work as a streak of red and yellow shot around the corner and down the street to 50k. She burst through the door announcing "I'M NOT LATE" between huffs and puffs and through her bagel. Her manager smiled and nodded his head as she walked behind the counter and tied her apron behind her back. The young red headed woman consumed her bagel faster than can probably be deemed healthy and quickly set to work getting the cups and coffee makers ready for the morning. The morning proceeded as usual with the pre-work rush of people coming in as zombies and leaving as the living once again with their daily dose of caffeine. The whole time Mai kept having visions of her dream again. Pleasing herself in the middle of city as her enormous endowments continued to grow unabated. A brief throat clearing brought her back to reality as a young woman stood on the other side of the counter. Mai was caught speechless as the strangers sky blue eyes pierced straight into her.  Her short black hair that fell and swooped out framed her face so perfectly. A friendly smile parted her lips ensuring Mai's frozen disposition. She was beautiful.  A beat passed as they stared at each other momentarily. Mai was acutely aware of her jaw being open as she stared into the black haired beauties' eyes.  Finally, the stranger spoke "Is…is this where I order? Or…" she asked.
Mai flung herself back into reality "Huh? Order? No that's…wait! Yes! Here. Order drink. Coffee? Of course you want coffee, you came to a coffee shop what else would you want? A coke? That'd be dumb. Not that you'd be dumb to want a coke, cokes are delicious but I mean c'mon who goes to a coffee shop for a coke. Not to say that you're here for a coke or that YOU'RE dumb but just that…Yes. This is where you order" she stumbled a million miles an hour through the trainwreck of a sentence.  She felt her face heat up to the burning point as she blushed from embarrassment. She had always been bi curious, but this stranger left her so nervous she could barely even think straight! The raven haired customer laughed and smiled sweetly at the barista. "I would like something…hot" Their eyes met again as Mai flushed even deeper red. "Warm! I mean warm…" the customer corrected herself. Mai felt slightly better that she was also flustered.  "What would you recommend?" she asked as she looked at the outrageously large menu posted above the bar. Mai glanced up "Well if you want something sweet-" she started but the customer's face became slightly uneasy "It may be a little too early for something sweet. I need to wake up before anything like that" she laughed. Mai motioned over to the simpler coffee concoctions "Well I can whip you up something basic and you can fix it to your liking!" The customer smiled and nodded her head acceptingly at the proposition. "Can I get your…name?" Mai asked nervously, "for the order…so I can call you when it's ready". For the first time the customer blushed back and pushed her hair aside, "I'm April." Mai nodded and wrote it on the cup, already it was the most beautiful name she'd written all day. April paid with cash and slipped her change into the tip jar and smiled as she walked to the other side of the room. Mai turned around to face the coffee pots and held the cup tightly. "April…"she whispered to herself. "April." She said it again as she poured the coffee into the cup. She pulled the warming sleeve out and thought for a long time about what to do next.
She pulled her marker back out and began to write. "What are you doing, Mai?" She whispered to herself impatiently as she wrote her name on one side of the sleeve, and her number on the other. She grabbed the sleeve and stared at it for a moment. Never before had a piece of cardboard been so heavy in her hand. She shifted to throw it away, but as she turned she caught April looking at her from the other side of the room. Their gazes met once again as the moment seemed to linger. April laughed quietly and Mai giggled nervously as they broke the gaze and went back to work. With a deft motion and new resolve, she slid the sleeve over the cup and put it on the counter. She looked over at April and nodded for her that her order was ready. April leapt up and then, catching and collecting herself, coolly walked over to the counter and picked up the cup. Mai, terrified and nervous, had busied herself with the coffee pots. She watched in her peripheral vision as April picked up the cup and eyed it confusedly. Mai's thoughts raced. "You idiot, why would you do that? Really? Your number on a coffee cup? You're insane." Before she could continue the onslaught of thoughts April raised her hand and Mai cautiously looked over.
"Um…I think I have someone else's order. I'm not…" she glanced back at the cup, "Mai…" Embarrassed, the barista stepped forward, "Yeah that's actually MY name." she quietly explained. "Oh. OH! I'm so sorry! I just…Oh my bad! I'm so sorry!" Mai tried to laugh it off "yeah that's also, y'know, my…uh…number on the back there". Confusedly, April turned the cup around and saw the seven digits and her face immediately turned bright red as well. Mai's hands flung across her face as she started "I'm sorry. That was cheesy and I don't know what I was thinking…It's just" she opened one eye through her fingers and saw April's smiling widely. "No! It's not that!"April stammered back, "It's just…Mai. That's so pretty." Their eyes entranced each other once again as April gazed deep into Mai's jade iris'. Mai's hand crept forward on the counter slowly as April's did the same.  Moments before they touched a deep voice filled the air. "Mai! You gonna get back to work over here or what? The orders are piling up!" her manager called. Both women's hands flew to their sides, April's nearly knocking her coffee over. Mai walked backward slowly "Sorry I gotta get back to work. Y'know how it is" she tried to shrug and act cool. April smiled and held her coffee cup up with Mai's number up she made the phone gesture with her other hand. The red head grinned wider than ever and nodded her head excitedly. She could've sworn she heard her phone ringing in the back but ignored it as she watched April saunter out of the store.  Mai felt the butterflies in her stomach reach an all time high as April disappeared around the corner and poked her head back one more time to glance at her and smile. She couldn't wait for her to call. She knew nothing about April, but already she could tell she was something special.

Power Play Character: Alyx Dangers

Alyx is a creation of Brunicus, for his Power Play stories. A bounty hunter bent on getting money for a bar Tab, unwittingly bestowed upon her after being drunk under the table by Julie.

Her Bio, written by Brunicus.

Age: 30
Species: Unknown Humanoid
Occupation: Bounty Hunter

Alyx Danger is a bounty hunter from the far reaches of spaces, motivated by self-preservation and finding her homeland. To that end, she is an extremely adaptable individual, capable of finding the right tool for the job. Some suspect she is among the human species, though this is yet unconfirmed.
Alyx is, as mentioned, particularly adaptable – a trait that has kept her alive in a stress-laden sector of the universe. However, she isn’t well-versed in patience, which brings its fair share of trouble where the criminal element can’t provide. Her stubborn nature accounts for a significant portion of this, unwilling to compromise on anything she sets her heart on (which may be on a rather unrealistic goal). She counteracts this with an audacious sense of chivalry, if not a fashionable sense of business.

As such, she isn’t the most sociable person on the planet. Alyx is most likely going to be bold and extremely forward, which causes other to feel awkward around her. Oddly, she is very courteous for the most part – unless she’s on duty then all hell breaks loose. One wouldn’t accuse her of being a lone wolf while off the job, instead accusing her of being too forward for her own good, at least about the things she is willing to talk about (her job’s shadier details being a crucial example of one topic she avoids).
An important element to consider is that she isn’t quite the dichotomous character: on and off the job she is very similar. Any differences she exhibit stem from her dedication to her duty, as bumbling and spontaneous she may be at times.

Power Play Concept: April's True Size

Alright so, I was thinking that April- being a part of this enigmatic bloodline of supremely powerful women, with responsibilities bestowed upon themselves. Which they exist throughout the multiple universes and dimensions. April, -being the last sister to come into existence, I was thinking that could possibly mean she is the biggest, naturally, in her uncompressed form. So, when these girls are born, much like a big bang, they can span across the equivalence of multiple universes, or just unfathomably big. And once they go into the stage of adolescence, or the Earth stage. They are compressed into the manageable size, appropriate for Earth.

Every couple centuries however, the girls in this stage must decompress to relieve built up stress. Knowing or not of when this may occur, it must end with a mass reversion to set everything back into place, and thus the cycle continues.

April's uncompressed form is emphasized on her bust. Her height changes as well, as does her curves. But in her true final form, her bust reigns dominant in proportion. Which her body and bust span across the multiverse. She could technically become even bigger, past her natural size. But once relieved, it ends with a mass reversion, specialized for the occasion, to set everything back to the moment her decompression process began, feeling relieved April would continue out her days on Earth as usual. (probably heavily circling a date on her calendar for when the next de-compression is to occur)
